Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. When booking, you can provide detailed instructions for a secure location to leave or collect your items if you are unable to be present during the time slot.
How should I pack my clothes?
For your very first order, you may use any disposable or reusable bag. When we return your clean garments, we will provide you with a complimentary Crisp & Clean reusable laundry bag for future collections.
Is there a minimum order value?
