Terms and Conditions

Crisp & Clean provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, and pressing services. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (the customer) and us (the service provider). Submitting your garments to us, whether through home collection or drop-off, constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that we deem unsafe to clean, excessively damaged, or carrying hazardous materials.

Our collection and delivery windows are estimates. While we strive to meet all scheduled times, unexpected traffic or operational delays may occasionally impact our routes. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

Customers must ensure that garments are ready at the agreed collection time. A missed collection may require you to schedule a new time slot.

We follow the standard care labels on all garments. If an item lacks a care label, we will proceed using our best professional judgment, but we cannot be held liable for damage arising from inherent fabric weaknesses or manufacturing defects not apparent prior to the cleaning process.

We carefully inspect all items prior to processing. However, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, color fading over time, or damage to loose accessories (such as missing buttons, weak zippers, or delicate embellishments) that fail during standard commercial laundering or dry cleaning procedures.

Our standard prices are published on the website. Specialized items, bulk orders, or heavily stained garments may incur additional charges, which will be communicated prior to cleaning.

Payment is required in full prior to or upon the final delivery of your freshly cleaned items.
